Navigate change. Reclaim your inner authority.
When change challenges who you are – not just what you do. I support individuals navigating the internal barriers of major transitions – like imposter syndrome and persistent self-doubt – so you can regulate your system, clear the blocks, and move forward without abandoning yourself.
A space to pause, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and move forward differently.
You’re capable, driven, and experienced - but something doesn’t feel settled internally
You’re navigating change, uncertainty, or increased responsibility, and the old ways of coping aren't working anymore.
You notice cycles of self-doubt, overthinking, or pressure to prove yourself
You find yourself overworking, holding back, or struggling to take action
You want to move forward - but something in you resists or feels stuck
This isn’t a lack of capability. It’s often a protective response.
Many approaches focus on mindset alone.
But real change doesn’t happen through thinking differently – it happens when we begin to understand how our patterns are shaped by both mind and body.
Experiences like imposter syndrome or self-sabotage are not flaws to fix.
They are often protective responses developed for a reason.
This work is about creating the conditions for those patterns to soften, so you can respond to change with more clarity, flexibility, and self-trust.
I work with individuals navigating internal challenges - especially during periods of change, uncertainty, or transition.
While much of my experience is with mid-to-senior professionals, this work extends beyond roles and titles. At its core, it’s about how we relate to ourselves and manage our internal responses when the world within or around us shifts.
My Approach Integrates:
- trauma-informed coaching principles that respect your boundaries and create psychological safety
- brain and nervous system awareness to help you navigate your whole system more skilfully
