About Me
About me

There are moments in life and in our careers when something shifts.

What used to feel familiar no longer fits.

What once felt certain becomes unclear.

And often, it’s not just about what’s happening externally.

It’s about what it brings up internally.

You might still be showing up, performing, delivering.

But beneath the surface, there may be:

  • self-doubt that doesn’t quite go away
  • a sense of pressure to prove yourself
  • patterns like overworking, overthinking, or holding back
  • a quiet feeling of being disconnected from who you really are

This is the space where I work.

My work

I support individuals navigating complex internal challenges—especially during periods of change, uncertainty, or transition.

While much of my experience is with mid-to-senior professionals, this work goes beyond roles and titles.

At its core, it’s about how we relate to ourselves when something within us—or around us—begins to shift.

Experiences like imposter syndrome, burnout, or self-sabotage are often seen as problems to fix.

But what I’ve seen, both professionally and personally, is that they are often protective patterns.

Ways the mind and body have learned to respond over time.

This is why my approach is not about pushing through or overriding these patterns.

It’s about understanding them—so they can begin to soften.

How I work

My Work Integrates:

This allows us to work not just at the level of thoughts, but also with:

The aim is not to “fix” you.

It’s to help you develop a different relationship with yourself—so you can respond to challenges with more clarity, flexibility, and self-trust.

My background

Alongside my private practice, I work within a global organisation supporting professionals through career transition and development.

I am a Transformational Coach and Certified Imposter Syndrome Practitioner, trained in a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach.

I am currently training in psychotherapeutic counselling, continuing to deepen my understanding of human experience and change.

A personal note

This work is not just professional for me - it’s also personal.

My own journey has included navigating self-doubt, change, and the impact of past experiences on how I showed up in my life and career.

Over time, I’ve come to understand that many of the patterns we struggle with are not signs that something is wrong with us.

They are signs that something within us has been trying to keep us safe.

And when we begin to meet those patterns with understanding – rather than resistance – something begins to shift.

Closing

At the heart of my work is a simple intention: To create a space where you can understand yourself more deeply and move forward without abandoning who you are.
